Christmas #1

We started a new tradition this year of Bingo at Christmas. FUN!
"SHE SAID B9!!!" (Luci trying to help Elias and I play bingo.)
 "BINGO!!!"
Logan and Connor got these guns that Isaac really liked.
The men are frying shrimp in the garage. A possible new tradition.
 Of course!
I think this is the start of bingo before the help came.
Monopoly was the theme for this year.
This little light of mine...we're going to let it shine.
 Fowlers
Grandma and Grandpa getting ready to open their presents.
 Haven't posted a selfie in a while.
Luci got her present too. Bones.
This was a new addition to our Christmas decor. Nativity set the kids can actually play with. J found it online and it's the coolest one I've seen for kids.
Olivia fighting the dogs for a place on the couch.
 He loves to cook.
I made this blueberry cake for the first time. (Mom's recipe) It's supposed to be as tall as Tara's top knuckles (she has big hands). And the blueberries are not supposed to drip off. Apparently I misinterpreted the directions....
We found the thing that will keep Dad up past 9:00pm! He was up playing till 11p multiple nights! He is cut throat.
Glad Fowlers were up to celebrate!!

Happy 3rd Birthday Elias!

This is Elias' last night sleeping as a 2 year old. I laughed out loud and couldn't pass up the picture!
After playing at the park with the Fowlers, Elias and I met Justin at Subway for a birthday lunch. He was acting hilarious so here are a few pics....maybe a lot....to show some personality.
 I love you Dad!
Glasses had to come off as not to break them.
 Listen to me laugh Dad!
 Oh you so funny!
But I don't want to show my shirt.....hahahahahaha!
 Getting closer to party.
Neighbors came over for pizza and cake. (only 1 neighbor showing)
Elias, looky here and smile...and this is what we got.
Olivia may or may not have had anything to do with the choosing of his cake, but he said he wanted it. If he didn't know what monster trucks were before, he definitely does now.
Since we had a double birthday with Connor (3wks later than Elias), Tara and I got to make our cakes together. It was so much better than being alone in the kitchen for so long! We had fun making them. Connor had a rescue bot cake.
And here's Connor since I didn't get a pic with him and his cake.
 Close to present time...
 Presents!
His 1st present was cheddar penguins. He expressed so much excitement for them! Everyone laughed.
I sneaked this picture during Justin's prayer before the pizza. Everyone else had their eyes shut and sitting still. Not Elias.  Ok, and not me either....

More Fowler

Before we get in to the other Fowler visit pics I found, I wanted to show what Luci does when she hears the click of the heater come on. Heat Hog.
Because Olivia is such a light sleeper and wakes up at the bat of an eyelash, I haven't taken many sleep pictures of her. But I couldn't resist this one. She wrote out a rotation list for all her bed friends. Each one gets a night to snuggle with her all night long. Aww...
When Tara was here, we took our boys to the mall play place a few times during bad weather. The tent is their favorite. They also jump from the stump to the tent...just like spiderman.
One mall visit with Uncle Will. While shopping for Logan some jeans, a snack break was required. What better place to eat??
 We took the kids bowling.
Is this not how you are supposed to sit?
Big kids watched, little kids bowled.
We all had a great time!
I watched Logan and Connor for a day while Tara and Will got to go out. We built this hospital jail thing. It also coupled as a car wash.
 We played games.
Connor and Logan weren't into cards or board games so much, but they sure liked this angry birds game!
Then we went to the park and I found Elias and Connor at the top of the slide eating their snack.
Testing out all the headphones. Yep, they work.
Whatever it is, it must be good!
Super hero yard run. When Olivia rang our amazingly loud bell, the superheros would have to run back to the garage and get their mission.
 Elias really liked this.

Happy Thanksgiving

Us waiting on dad in hospital to get his heart stopped and restarted.  Things went well and his heart is beating normally now. Praise the Lord!
She likes to show her missing teeth when she smiles.
 Good morning cartoons!
Do these go with my outfit????
Discussing rescue bots over a bowl of fruit while waiting on dinner.
...in preparation for 'the big cook'...
The family photo for Thanksgiving while my beans were burning...
Another cooking lesson.... my green bean casserole.
 Tickle mania.
 ...I'm not sure....
Dad had some kind of tweek in his shoulder or back. Tara was sure she could get it out with an ice cream scooper.
 Game time with J.
Yes, there will be black eyes when 4 young boys get together for extended periods of time.
Neighbor Chris and J going to town on the leaves.
