Pumpkin Patch

We went to the Fruit and Berry Patch in Halls while Tara was here. We had the best time ever! It's the only "pumpkin patch" around that is actually a pumpkin patch with pumpkins still on the vines. This also means that we got some really good laughs because of how many times the kids fell over the vines. Isaac's was by far the best! He had been running from the right (in the middle of the green that is not on the pic), tripped at the edge of the green (as seen in the pic) , flew in the air, and landed flat out like this. He was ok and we all laughed really hard.
Group shot before we left.  I can't remember why Olivia was crying.
They also had a corn maze to walk thru. We all ran every which way and laughed a lot.
I found out Elias LOVES pumpkins. He kept screaming the whole time we were there.  He also liked to sit on them and touch them.
 He he he...
 There they go!
He had a nice ride.
 My Sweetpea
The cool thing about this place is that every thing was free...and not crowded! (except we did have to pay for the 3 small pumpkins the kids didn't want to leave behind)
The place is a really big farm area that grows different kinds of fruit all year long.  We will definitely be going back for more
pick-it-yourself fun!

Zoo

I think he's handsome.
These next few are really at the zoo. It's just an indoor play place. I don't think I took any animal pictures off my sister's camera.
I'm so thankful for my sister!
Animal Xray machine at the vet's office.
For some reason, scooping poop has been one of Isaac's favorites.
I thought this was funny because Elias couldn't/wouldn't stand so he couldn't see too well.
 Everybody.

Random from Tara's Visit

We had to go to the soccer fields and kick the ball around. It was very fun, a little grassy since they just mowed and it was still dewy, but still worth it!
 The other boys.
Olivia made this really cool moose hat at school.  I'm still not sure why, but we've enjoyed it.
 Just because.
Isaac playing with a lady bug we found. He said it tickles when it crawled up his arm.
 Reading books on the ipad.
 Enjoying the nice weather.
I thought it was a little cold for the sprinkler, but they didn't mind.
Another trip to Home Depot for a craft. Justin was really the one to help I&O. I was the supervisor.
 Creating with moon dough.
Cutting flowers and practicing bike safety.
When we took the double stroller places, Connor sat in the back and loved playing with Elias's hair. Elias didn't mind unless he yanked too hard.
 Another shot with Grandaddy.

School Field Trip

I got to go on Olivia's field trip to Oakes Farm.
This is Olivia's good friend and buddy for the day, Skylar.
Olivia's final pumpkin of choice was quite heavy. I don't think this was it.
Her class.  Mrs. Curl is on the left with the backpack on.
The girls had fun rolling these big tubes up and down the track.
Corn tub. Fun to bury each other in.
Seems like they added some things since the last time I've been here. It was a good time. Very glad I got to go.

Fowlers Visit - Acquarium

The Fowlers came for a visit! Will had to go back to Germany already, but Tara and the kids are staying till the end of October!
Isaac stayed the night at G&G's house by himself for the first time...sorta. Fowlers were there. They went to Dollywood.
We built fire trucks at Lowes.
This is supposed to be horizontal. And we were trying to make an oreo cookie. Do you see it?
Connor is about Elias's size. Super cute.
 Digging in the mulch.
Olivia played her first song....chopsticks. Grandma made it sound really cool!
Teacher appreciation day at Ripleys again! Woo Hoo! We just went to the aquarium this time. Isaac had been talking about it throughout the year...since the last time we went.
This was actually hard and hurty.
 Love you!
Three little monkeys hanging from a bar.
This is NOT what it seems. Isaac slept on his hand on the way to the aquarium. When he woke up, you could even see his fingernails imprinted in his face!

September Funness

I thought this one was sweet of my parents. They are watching Justin fly kites with the kids.
Isaac and Elias were making leaf stew. I think Isaac wanted Elias to taste it.
I went to an open paint at Uptown Art with Alesha from our small group. I didn't draw the picture, but I painted it. SUPER FUN! It replaced my other painting in the bathroom.
Olivia made a marker drawing for Grandpa.
Isaac and Olivia finished up their swim lessons. Isaac goes under no problem and Olivia is officially a swimmer...and floater!
If I can find Olivia in this shirt I'll post it. Elias and her look SO MUCH alike.
He's now starting to love the car. He can honk the horn by himself!
Isaac spends LOTS of time filling up containers and then dumping them out.
We had another shaving cream fest. We had no red so everything turned out very greeny.
They were hunting, or in the army, or spying on something....not sure.
I am really liking the zoo. I've taken the boys a few times during the week and we've gone as a family on the weekend.
This was super cool to watch. That is Isaac's hand on the glass. The gorilla was huge and ate right in front of Isaac.
 Even Elias likes it!
There's a new toy in the playhouse, big foam builder things. It's like giant legos...right up Olivia's ally.
