Gramp and Nana Visit...and some other stuff

Playing outside.
We got the boys their own twin beds recently. Elias was getting close to being too big for his crib mattress on the floor. However, we still find them like this quite often.
 Buddies in the morning.
Uncle Will and Aunt Tara bought Olivia an ant farm way back when. We had to wait until October to get the ants in the mail because it was too hot. After having the ants for a few weeks, most have died and there is only one tunnel. I'm thinking the lady in charge might have been the first to die. But they've been fun to watch!
Bike riding break at a park with Gramp and Nana. This picture made me smile because I have a picture when I was about Elias' age with me doing the same pose.
 Pretty.
We sat too.
 Ha ha ha
 Sweet
 This thing was broken.
Gramp and Nana had their share of fun too.
 Weeeee......boom!
She made it over the dinosaur!
Nana found a pretty tree to look up.
 Elias found a bug.
 Guess Who?
Found this game at a garage sale for $5. We've had some fun with it. Isaac has gotten in to it the most.
 Pictionary before bed.
Fun visit! Thanks Gramp and Nana for coming!

Boomsday, Outside, Friends, and Sleep

Found some pictures from Aug and Sept. We rode bikes at G&G's house.
He zooms fast with little concern for tipping.
This is not her new bike, but she got a bigger one late this summer.
Over labor day weekend, Knoxville celebrates with Boomsday. We've never been to the firework show before and since this is the last year it will happen, we decided to go. Actually, I decided to go and Justin decided to drag himself along. He was so NOT looking forward to all the billions of people and traffic....however, after it was all over, he admitted it wasn't that bad. :-)
We took the washers game and had a picnic.

Boom! We watched from the top of the parking garage.
Ooo...Aaaaa....
We went to a lame-o Ramsey House. Cool because it was old, but bad for how they advertised. There was very little for the kids. Good thing we can have a good time where ever we go!
Justin took Isaac to shoot bow and arrows for boy scouts. He really liked it.
Elias has impressed me with his drawings lately.  He also colors the entire picture of a coloring book now.
This was baby Jesus in the clouds. (I like his ears...can you find them?)
We took a hike to this waterfall one Friday evening after school.
Caitlin got to come with us.
 We ate oreos.
They painted each other's faces with rocks they found.
Elias sneaking a hair grab in during the picture.
I guess Elias has taken on a few funny sleeping habits since sleeping more often with Issac.
Eli had a birthday that we went to celebrate. This is not Eli. It's just Justin making a face. Isaac made this face during the first week of kindergarten (not tongue, just eyes) so often during random class pictures that his teacher called concerned about his eyes and wondered if we had ever gotten them checked. Once we saw the picture, J and I both started laughing! Both of their eyes are fine...we just call them talented. :-)
 There's Eli! He's now 4!
They have kids the same ages and genders as ours so it's handy for everyone to have someone to play with.
Olivia and Lilly performed for us. Then they all wanted to watch the same recording on John's phone.
Another night...look at little Elias' hand...awww.
After getting our ideas from Curious George, we made king hats for our bears and had a lunch party.
Olivia brought the class hamster home one weekend. He got to go on fun helicopter rides and Justin built him a lovely maze out of legos to go through.
 She REALLY wants a hamster.
