Fowlers Arrive

These will just be random pics from the 2 week time frame of the Fowlers being in TN. No particular order.
After church free snow cones for the kids! Whoop whoop!
 Love them!
 Nice camera work Tara! :-)
The kids jumped off this floaty a bazillion times. I believe that's Connor in mid action.
 This one may be Olivia.
Yum!
 Better yum!
The littles. Standing on upside down boat.
Since he's been able to go in the kiddie pool during O&I's swim lessons, he wanted to show Aunt Tara how he kicks now!
He can even put his lips under and blow bubbles if he wants.
 Just because. I like skies.
 Got ya!
Back to the Sunday snow cone!
They spent hours and hours at the pond. And also ate multiple meals and snacks down there too. I think Logan just farted before this picture was taken. :-)
Logan and Connor checking out Grandaddy's sweet ride.
 Bluebirds.
William came for one week. This was the Father's Day present opening.
 Happy Father's Day!!!  Love you!!
 They love you Justin!
Olivia caught a fish. Uncle Will is helping.
Here ya go, wormed and ready to fish!
We went hiking to a waterfall/swimming hole. It was about a mile and 1/2 hike to the place.  Connor and Elias were carried much of the way back. Aww..
Getting ready for the big hike!
We stopped along the trail to see this little waterfall.
I haven't gotten any pics of the water hole or Justin and Will jumping off the cliff from my camera yet....they may come in another post.
I thought this one was cute.

HEATHER COMES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What a super fun surprise!! My college friend and after-college roommate Heather came for a visit this summer!!!  Since I haven't seen her in 7yrs....it was exhilarating and exuberant!!!
She met this man. Mr. Bush Bean himself. Actually, the museum was closed so we took a picture with his card board self.
Talk about exhilarating...my sister and kids came 3 days early and got to see her too! We ate dinner. Here are the girls.
One day we left the kids with my parents and spent the day in the mountains. We watched the movie at the sugarlands visitor center. And saw this bear.
We at lunch. Focus in on the corner of the table. Justin fed the birds some of our seeds from lunch. They liked it.
There we are. All done eating.
We drove around Cades Cove looking for bears and observing history. :-) This is one of the bears we saw. It's the black dot to the right of Heather's cheek.
We also saw a herd of horses. They were pretty.
We stopped in the middle of Cades Cove to hike Abrams trail.
 The river down the mountain.
Since it had rained days and days before Heather came, some of the trail was a little wet. See...
I wanted to stop and look at stuff.  Justin relented his fast pace and stopped to look. Aww shucks. Look at him look.
And then Heather and I screamed just a touch as we walked by this snake that Justin had to go back and pick up. We are actually super far away...this is just zoomed in as far as it could go.
But we made it to Abrams Falls. Ahhh.. pretty.
 Refueling at the falls.
This was where we parked to get to the trailhead.
It was SO GREAT to see H-er again!!
 Wonderous
She was a little disappointed in the sprinkles on her ice cream afterwards. I'm still not sure what other type of sprinkles there are that are better... ???  But there are some!
The ice cream shack had lots of old stuff around, including this police car.
Fire at our house after the long day in the Smokies.
For some reason that's all the pics I had on my camera. There was other fun of art museum, big water fountains, world's fair park, bike ride, ferris wheel, and kickball. Heather, I am so thankful you made the trip! It was SO awesome to have you here! You are welcome back anytime! Elias still thinks you are on a plane when we drive past the airport!

Summer!

Isaac stayed the night w/ G&G by himself. He caught this guy in the pond. Tommy Turtle. We didn't keep him.
I think Olivia was enjoying using the white board in order to have a conversation with herself.
Last day of school treat. Pudding with chocolate chips in each layer. They didn't like it.
He ate the most of something he didn't like...
 Chocolate chip hunting.
We went to the strawberry patch a few times while they were ripe for the picking.
See kids, this is a fire extinguisher...
...and this is how you use it. Any questions? (The extinguisher came with our house and was super old. So he wanted to play with it.)
Getting ready for truck ride around the yard.
Gearing up for the big fish. Elias is ready with the net.
Luci LOVES when people get on bikes. She thinks it's always for her to go too.
Neighbor Chris uses his car washing broom thing to water his flowers. Genius! And a little funny!
I took Isaac to a Smokies baseball game on a mother/son night. We ate two hats of dip n dots. Yum!
 Yep, we were there.
This is a playground in the stadium. I happened to get this pic and found out later that he was smiling so big because he had just gone down the fire pole for the first time successfully by himself.
We stayed till fireworks at the end. It was a really fun time and much needed too!
