Happy 8th Birthday to Olivia!

Olivia is now 8! She is the biggest blessing ever! We are so thankful for the time we have with her every day!
Birthday donuts!
 Happy!
Opening presents. Card from cousin Logan.
Build your own straw from Aunt Katie.
Putting the straw to the test: 1 cup milk, 1 cup water, and 1 cup tea.
During her birthday week, we put candles on everything possible. Here she decorated an avocado.
She helped decorate her own cupcakes this year!
And tried to teach Elias how to do it also.
She had a couple girls over to spend the night. They decorated their own ladybug after school snack.
 Hanging out.
 They made a Maria Sandwich.
Sprinkler under trampoline fun turned into water table fun.
 Birthday pizza.
I think they were trying to stop Elias from blowing out the candle.
 Painting ladybug rocks.
 Wa La!
I caught Maria's face with Luci finishing her yawn. Turned out funny.
 Thanks for the presents everyone!
They watched Sound of Music. Yes, you read correctly. Olivia loves that movie and convinced everyone to watch it with her!
 Ladybug pancakes with chocolate chips.
 Face painting.
 Baby walking.
That's for you Erin! What a helper!

Birthday, Mother's Day, Field Day

Another year wiser...we went to O'Charley's for my birthday dinner.
Cake...which I didn't eat. The coffee ice cream pint was much better! Thanks mom!
A few teeth issues....maybe from all the sugar??
 Fire with the kids.
The boys found our neighbor's canoe flipped up and decided to play in it.
 What squirrel?
A little blurry, but still pretty.
Great time hanging out in the backyard with and without the kids.
Mother's Day. Funny bunny.
Olivia got to open her birthday presents from G&G while they were here.
Then we went to Mr. Gatti's Pizza for fun!
 Fun!
 Fun!
I went to both kids' field day but didn't get to see them much till the end since I was helping out with it. They had water games, relays, inflatables, climbing wall, and karate! Isaac waiting to get his ice loaded with juice.
I got to eat lunch with them.
Her field day was SO MUCH hotter so the snowcone was perfect!
Olivia got to add her own flavors. Kindergarten wasn't allowed.
Random family hike to Look Rock. Short hike for the kids and pretty view!

Around the house in April, and some May

More and more we are finding Elias in Isaac's bed.
Soccer season is now over. Team picture.
They both won their last game, so it was fun to celebrate with ice cream afterwards.
Isaac and mostly Olivia can ride their bikes without training wheels now! Isaac LOVES it and speeds around the street, through plants, and in grass.
They are great friends. Awe.
Luci cracks me up when she looks like this. Only until Justin says "get it" can she eat the marble off her toe. What a good dog. She loves playing with marbles.
Olivia got some badges in her American Heritage Girls troop.
Elias helped me make shepherd's pie for a neighbor.
Then he thought double fisting it would be better.
I thought this one was sweet. We were coming home from the zoo. It looks like he traced his hand and then colored it. And then fell asleep on his hands. Precious, to me. What wasn't cool was once he woke up from his 10min car nap, he didn't sleep at home the rest of the afternoon.
We went strawberry picking with some friends. 5 bucks for that bucket! What a deal! I think the only ones that Elias picked were the ones he ate in the field.
Isaac had lunch with a super hero one day.
 Another night, another funny.
I made a ball pit for Elias. Fun!
This is the piece Justin didn't have to take off to fix the sliding van door, but he did and now it's fixed! Thanks dear!
They decided to hang out together on the swing. Amazing!
We played with flour one day and then mixed it with water.

I'm pretty sure he liked it, but if he didn't, I sure did!
Once we added more flour to make it thicker, he wanted to eat it. Luci did, so why not him too?
We had a picnic in his cardboard house they we are still working on coloring.
We stopped for a little name writing practice.
 Cutie patootie.
